Preparation of the cake "Curly Pinscher" is performed in several stages. First, the dough is prepared and baked cakes, then the cream, glaze is prepared, and ultimately, a very tasty dessert is assembled. Often, for a change in taste for the cake, a filling of dried fruit is used.
In this article, I want to share a recipe for "Curly Pinscher", which my mother revoked as a child.
The recipe for the cake "Curly Pinscher"
For preparation it will be required:
- one can of condensed milk;
- milk - 1/3 cup;
- cocoa: for glaze in the amount of five tablespoons, for a dough in the amount of two tablespoons;
- sugar: for the test in the amount of one tablespoon, for a cream in the amount of one glass; for glaze in the amount of five tablespoons;
- flour in the amount of one and a half cup;
- sour cream: for a test in the amount of one glass, for a cream in the amount of three glasses;
- soda, previously slaked - two teaspoons;
- butter - 2 tablespoons;
- one glass of dried apricots;
- one glass of prune;
- tile of dark chocolate;
- one glass of chopped walnuts;
- two chicken eggs.
Step-by-step cake preparation:
- For the test in the container, drive in eggs, add sour cream, sugar and condensed milk. and very carefully mix;
- Sift the flour and add to the mixture. Also to extinguish soda and add there;
- Mix thoroughly with a mixer;
- The dough is divided into two parts: in one of them there should be ¾ of the whole mixture, and in the other 1/3;
- A small part of the baked cake;
- The second major part is added cocoa and also baked cakes;
- Now you can prepare the cream: mix sour cream with sugar and beat with a mixer;
- For the preparation of glaze it is necessary to mix sour cream, milk, sugar and boil on the stove. Add the cocoa and stir until completely dissolved. At the end, add butter;
- You also need to pre-prepare the filling. For this purpose prunes and dried apricots are thoroughly washed, dried and cut into small cubes;
- A light cake is laid out on a special dish and is very carefully smeared with cream in large quantities. Top with cream powder;
- Dark cake to break into small pieces of dipped in cream. Put half on the cake with cream. Sprinkle with dried fruits. Again, continue to lay out the pieces. Sprinkle also with dried fruits;
- Fill everything with glaze on top;
- Melt the chocolate and pour on the finished cake top.
