BE THANKFUL

BE THANKFUL A beautiful, heavy word that does not have the same meaning for any two persons. What does it mean? It all depends where you are on your life path. The Beggar is thankful that he still has his feet and hands to be able to beg. He is thankful when he finds shelter at night. In the morning he thanks God that he hasn’t been robbed or harmed during the night. Living in a shack makes you thankful for a roof over your head. Having food and warm blankets make you sing a song of praise. Being able to send your children to school, even by foot, make you happy. Having an ordinary nine to five job is something to be thankful for. Adding a house in a suburb and a vehicle to call your own is a blessing. Being able to socialise and attend events concerning your children is awesome. The wealthy people count their blessings when another deal has been made. They are thankful when their children excel in an upper class school. They are thankful that they have the means to be able to buy what they want. The Cancer patient thanks God for not having Aids. The Aids patient is thankful that he is still able to walk. The paraplegic is thankful that he can still see. The blind praise God for he can hear, and so the list goes on and on. No matter where we are in life, we must be thankful. Somebody else is having it worse than you. And me? I thank God that He gives me an opportunity to be on earth and to be alive. He blessed me with parents, brothers, a sister, a husband and two beautiful sons. No matter where I am and what the conditions are – I am Thankful!! DISCOLOURING - Always drip a little bit of Lemon Juice over Banana, Apple and Avocado pear. It will prevent discolouring.   IRONING BOARD - Cover Iron board with quality thick Foil.
