INGREDIENTS
gobbi 1kg
Onion 2 to 3 chopped
Kari leaves few
Ginger small peice chopped
Green chillis 3 to 4 chopped
Green onion chopped
For gobbi frying:
Corn flour 2 to 3 tbsp
Paprikka powder 1tsp
Salt
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Sauces:
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 1tbsp
Ketchup 2tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1tsp
Crushed red chilli 1tbsp
Paprikka powder 1tsp
Salt according to taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Procedure:
1.Wash the gobbi, dry it n mix corn flour,paprikka powder ,salt n black peper...mix well n fry in a frying pan wid 2 tbs oil...(i use airfryer for frying so no oil) until golden
- Now on another pan add oil fry chopped ginger, after that add chopped onions,fry it well until pink den add chopped green chillis n kari leave fry it well...
3.Now add all sauses n spices mixed well fry little n add the freid gobbi,mixed well add green onions(i dont have green onion dis time so i use corriender leaves ) dum for 2 to 3 mins.Ready to serve sprinkle some sesame seeds n enjoy
