Pickled pepper.

4 kg of pepper.
Brine
2,5 cups of water
1,5 tbsp. vinegar
1,5 tbsp. oil Rast.
Article 1.5. of Mar.sand
1.5 tbsp salt
mix everything and heat in a saucepan.
Peppers wash,peel and cut lengthwise into 4 pieces.
put in brine and boil for 5 minutes.no more!!otherwise, the peppers will not be crispy!
I added more onion rings.also prevarila it along with the pepper.
in prepared sterilized jars place the pepper,to be that tightly lay..and then pour the brine.in each jar put 1 Laurel.sheet and 1 peas of pepper shower.
you can add greens.
seal the cans and wrap.
