sweet sour clams
Material :
500 grams of mussels

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1/2 tsp cornstarch already dilute with 1 tbsp water
to taste salt
100 ml of water
1 spring onion, sliced
to taste coconut oil for sauteing
Steps:
