Ingredients:

250 gr sugar
250 ml of water
2 eggs
50 gr of butter, thaw
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Salt to taste
Step
Heat 125 grams of sugar on a frying pan with low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until the sugar is melted and turned brown (caramel). Then enter the water, stir well, lift and chill.
Flour sifter, baking powder and baking soda.
Egg mixer and 125gr sugar until white and fluffy, add caramel solution, mixer with low speed, add a little flour2, mixer until smooth.
Add the butter and salt, stir with a spatula until smooth.
Pour into oil-coated molds as high as 3/4 molds. Steam with a cloth lid covered with cloth for 15 minutes over low heat.
Bolu Sakura Caramel is ready to be served.
