Kolay ve Lezzetli Tel Şehriyeli Patates Köfte Tarifi - Easy and Delicious Wire Meat Patato Meatballs Recipe

👉Materials:

▶1 water glass wire noodle
▶5 potatoes
▶1 egg
▶2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
▶2 tea spoon salt
▶1 tea spoon black pepper
▶80 grams of cheddar cheese

👉For Sauce:

▶1 water glass of yogurt
▶1 tablespoon mint
▶1 clove garlic

👉How is it done?

▶Mash the boiled potatoes.
▶Add salt, black pepper, egg yolk and breadcrumbs and mix.
▶Pull out the pieces in the size of the dried walnut and put a cube of cheese in the middle.
▶Pull the potato balls first to the egg white and then to the wire and roll again for the sticking of the wire.
▶Fry thoroughly in hot oil.
▶Mix the yoghurt and dry noodle and serve with potato morsels.

▶Tuz, karabiber, yumurta sarısı ve galeta ununu ekleyip bir süre karıştırın.
▶Püreden ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalar koparın ve küp kaşarları tam ortalarına koyun.
▶Patates toplarını önce yumurta beyazına sonra ise tel şehriyeye bulayıp tekrar yuvarlayın.
▶Kızgın yağda bir süre kızartın.
▶Yoğurt ile kuru naneyi karıştırın.
