It's a different fruit. Who love them and who they can not touch. Nectarine rich in nutrition; helps strengthen the immune system, promotes skin health, and is an excellent snack choice in pregnancy and similar situations.

Except for the feathers like peach, the individual looks the same. The nectar grown in the warm temperate zone has a hard seed in the juicy fruit. The name in botany is known as Prunus persica. Nectarine has a variety of health benefits ranging from supporting intestinal health to strengthening immunity.

Good amounts of polyphenols, vitamin C and carotenoids such as betacarotene and cryptoxanthin have a wonderful antioxidant power. The shell of nectarine has a higher concentration of such components than its fruit; for this reason, eat the fruit properly washed and unpeeled. These protective antioxidants apply free radical scavenging activities and help neutralize the harmful effects of oxygen free molecules.
