Homemade Sardines
Ingredients
5 servings
1/2 kg of sardines / salmon / fresh cob, wash .. Spice with lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic, sliced, fried
6 cloves of red onion, sliced, fried
to taste Sugar - salt
Sauce:
3 large pieces of tomatoes ,, select ripen
3 cloves of garlic, geprek
3 large red cabbage, discard the seeds
5 tablespoons tomato sauce
250 ml Water (I 500 ml)
2 tbsp margarine
Step
30 minutes

  1. Wash the fish that has been smeared with lemon juice. Put the fish in a presto pan, give the fried red and white onions, stirring.
  2. Saute garlic geprek, give tomatoes & red pepper. Pour the cooking water until the tomatoes & chilli are soft. Give sugar & salt. Taste test
  3. Blend the tomato sauce, pour it into a pan of fish.
  4. Give margarine. . Cook the fish until cooked (I use a presto pan). Serve
