India is a country of thousand languages,tradition and cultures.And no wonder its also a place of thousands of cuisines.On a larger scale we can divide Indian cuisine as North-Indian and south-India styles.Each of this style has thousands of variety of dishes that originated from different parts of the country.I have listed below few of my favorite foods that are not only famous in India but also outside the country.
Butter chicken (murgh makhani)
It is a dish from Punjabi cuisine(North Indian style).It can be served with rice,roti and Naan(Indian bread)
Pav bhaji
It is a fastfood dish originated from Maharashtra(state of India).It consists of Pav(soft bread) and Bhaji(Thick curry).The dish is served in almost all Indian restaurants.
Masala Dosa
Originated in South India,Its one of the favorite food among Indians.It is mostly consumed as snack along with tea.
