Klamath algae, the blue algae is one of the most nutritional food on this planet. It is cultivated in the Klamath lake in Oregon, it holds vitamin A, B, C, E, etc.; the following minerals: magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium and phosphore. It also contains zinc, iron, copper and other oligo-elements.

Advantages and how to ingest it

Klamath holds around 70% of protein, thus, it's widely used by vegan and other sports people. Its daily use for 1 to 2 months allow to improve mental and physical abilities and boost the immune system, it is also used for women to ease symptoms of menopause.

Personally, I like to drink it in a light smoothie: water or light green tea + chia seed + peach + apple + 1 small scoop of klamath.
