Vegetable salad with rice for the winter!

 Among the pieces of vegetables are especially tasty this rice salad.A standard set of vegetables in tomato sauce and rice is simple and delicious.Can be served as a side dish, or as a self-starter.
Recommend!
rice — 2-3 Cups (If you like thick salad, add rice, 3 cups, if thinner - 2.)
tomatoes — 4 pounds
sweet pepper — 2 Kg
onion — 1.5 Kg
carrots — 1.5 pounds
vegetable oil — 0.5 Liters
salt — 5 Tbsp. spoons
sugar — 200 Grams
chili — to taste (I put 1 small pod: it turns out not acute. You can replace the ground.)
vinegar 9% — 300 Grams
How to cook Vegetable salad with rice for the winter"

Soak rice for 2 hours. The time it takes vegetables.

3. Onion peel, cut into cubes

4. Peel the carrots and coarsely grate (you can Korean strips).

5. Pepper clean from seeds and cut into cubes or strips.

6. All the vegetables mix in the tank, which will then to boil them (I take an 8-quart saucepan, no less). Add oil and put on fire.
7. Boil on medium heat for 1 hour, then add pre-soaked rice, salt, sugar, vinegar, crushed pepper and simmer for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick.
8. Put on sterile banks (I empty sterilized in the oven), roll up and wrap something warm. Yield - 8 litres. It is necessary to store in a cool place. That's all
