• Carrots are good foods for eye health. Carrot contain Vitamin A and beta carotene.

• An orange to scare away colds. Orange contain huge levels of vitamin C.

• Apples are a great juicing ingredient. They cleanse the digestive system and boost the immune system.

This is a great juice for your child.

Ingredients (for one person)

• 1 Apple
• 1 Orange
• 2 Carrots (7 oz)

Steps

• Wash the apple, orange and carrots.

• Scrub the carrots.

• Peel the orange.

• Cut the carrots and apple.

• Juice all the fruit.

• Pour it into a glass.

• Add a couple of ice cubes, if liked.
