1 red chilli
1 tomato
1 leek
1/2 small bottle of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Sugar
Salt
Pepper
1 cup water
Oil

Boil the mussels for 30 minutes or until the shell is open

Heat cooking oil in frying pan, saute garlic, onion, hazelnut and finely ground spices until fragrant

Enter the boiled mussels

Give enough water

Put the sauce, a little soy sauce, salt to taste.

Taste test
7 Ready to serve
