Hello steemians friends at sa kapwa ko pilipina at Pilipino nandito po ulit ako sainyong home page magbahagi.Kung paanu lutuin ang Sinigang na Baboy or (Pork)Sa Sampaloc. Guys para saakin masarap ang Sinigang Kung ang gagamitin yung pang sabaw ay yong hinugas sa bigas yung pangalawang hugas Nyo wag ninyong itatapon at eto yung nagpapasarap sa sinigang ninyo. Sana po ay inyong magustuhan ang ibabahagi ko po recipe sainyo. Bago ko po makalimutan Kung my pressure cooker
kayo mas maigi po yun para mabilis maluto pag pork po 15 minutes Nyo Lang I pressure cooker. AndIto po sa baba ang mga gagamitin Kung sangkap at paanu ko eto niluto.

Hello steemians friends and also to my both filipina and filipino I'm here with your home page to share. How to cooking Sinigang na Baboy (Pork) with tamarind. Guys for me delicious the Sinigang if used to broth is rice water the second wash rice don't throw it this is the delicious for your Sinigang. Hope you like it if the recipe I shared with you. Before I forget if you have pressure cooker better to fast cooking the pork more than 15 minutes you only to pressure cooker. Here are the following ingredients and how I cooking.

Ingredients:
1 kilo Baboy or (Pork)
Rice water or hugas bigas
3 pcs onion medium
5 pcs tomatoes
1 pack Sinigang sa Sampaloc original or with Gabi
2 pc pork cubes
4 pcs string beans (cut 2inch)
3 pcs eggplant (sliced)
1 pc white Radish (sliced)
5 pcs okra (cut for 2)
2 taling Kangkong
3 pcs green hot chili
1 tablespoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Boild the rice water with tomato and onion for 5-6 minutes. While boiled the tomato and onion marinate the pork of the salt.
  2. Add the pork after the tomato and onion is cook. Lid the pressure cooker and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the Sinigang mix, pork cubes, eggplant, string beans, okra, and also the white radish. Simmer again for 5 minutes until
    the vegetables is cook.
  4. Last add the Kangkong and hot green chili. And also don't forget the fish sauce for to taste.
  5. Serve hot with rice and the Pilipino favorite fish sauce with chili.
