Ingredients.
3 cups of wheat flour.
3 tablespoons of Mavesa butter.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 cup of water.
2 tablespoons of yeast.
1 spoon of sugar.
Place in a bowl the wheat flour and three tablespoons of butter and salt and begin to knead to dissolve the butter then a hole is made in the center and add the water to which the sugar is added and the yeast and it was lukewarm at approximately 38 degrees, it joins everything and kneaded until the dough is removed from the hands,
let the dough rest for an hour and divided into three equal parts to the first part grip and form six volitas of approximately three centimeters radius place them in my mold and on top I put oregano whole and powder.

For the second portion here on the island there are many mango trees we had gone to a friend's house and grabbed a few greens and made a mango jam which I will give you the recipe in my next publication. Which opened and placed a teaspoon of jam and then I closed it and formed my volita six again.
and finally with the third portion stretch six redonditos and put a little pizza sauce that had in the fridge.
I put them in my burner since I do not have an oven to simmer them for 18 minutes and the result I owe them for another day because my family came by chance, mom, dad, brothers when they were ready and nothing was left, they said that It was exquisite.
