INGREDIENTS
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2/3 cups 15% cream
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/3 cup strong coffee
choice of toppings (fresh fruit, marshmallows, waffle pieces, etc.)
PREPARATION
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine chocolate, cream, sugar and coffee. Heat over low heat, stirring, until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into fondue pot or bowl. Serve with fresh fruit, marshmallows and waffle pieces.
