1st steep. arrange a layer of onions in the tagine then put meat or chiken in the middle with two spoons of olive oil then mixe the moroccan spices ' cumin , paprika, salt and pepper and sufrin ' after put two spoons of it , after put the vegetables and put again the mix ' 2s' + 200ml of water
and the moroccan tagine is home
