Swordfish oyster sauce

Ingredients:
2 boxes of tuna that have been cut into pieces
1 bunch of basil
3 pieces of green chilli, cut into thin pieces
2 pieces of red chilli, cut into thin pieces
5 pieces of cayenne pepper, cut into pieces
1 tomato, cut into 4 parts
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 cloves of onion, chopped
1 teaspoon pepper powder
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
100 ml of water
oil to taste

How to make:
Wash the tuna fish, fry until done. Set aside.
Saute garlic and shallots until fragrant. Enter the red chili, green chili, and cayenne pepper until cooked.
Pour oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce and pepper, mix well. Add water until berkuah. Cook to burst.
Enter the fried fish that has been fried. Stir well.
Enter the basil and tomatoes, mix well. Cook until the soup is slightly reduced or until the seasoning permeates.
Oyster sauce cask ready to serve

Ikan tongkol saus tiram

Bahan-bahan:
2 kotak ikan tongkol yang sudah dipotong-potong
1 ikat kemangi
3 buah cabai hijau, potong-potong tipis
2 buah cabai merah, potong-potong tipis
5 buah cabai rawit, potong-potong
1 buah tomat, potong jadi 4 bagian
2 siung bawang putih, cincang
3 siung bawang merah, cincang
1 sdt merica bubuk
2 sdm saus tiram
3 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm saus tomat
100 ml air
minyak secukupnya

**Cara membuat: **
Cuci bersih ikan tongkol, goreng hingga matang. Sisihkan.
Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum. Masukkan cabai merah, cabai hijau, dan cabai rawit hingga matang.
Tuang saus tiram, kecap manis, saus tomat dan merica, aduk rata. Tambahkan air hingga berkuah. Masak hingga meletup-letup.
Masukkan ikan tongkol yang sudah digoreng. Aduk rata.
Masukkan kemangi dan tomat, aduk rata. Masak hingga kuah agak berkurang atau hingga bumbu meresap.
Tongkol saus tiram siap disajikan
