-asparagus
-celery
-leek
-onion
-garlic
-butter
-cream

-basilicum

Prepare the asparagus ;
Remove the feet of the asparagus, then peel them, put it all together in a bowl
and let it cook for a while.
Prepare the other soup vegetables ;
Cut the celery,leek,onion,garlic and stew it in butter.Add a little bit of thyme and laurel.
Sieve the broth of asparagus, hold the asparagus apart and extinguish the stewed vegetables with the sieved broth.
Cut the asparagus in little parts, add it to the soup and mix it.
Add the cream ; partly whipped cream , give it a good stir.
Flavor the soup with salt,pepper and basilicum.You can also use a little bit of lemon if you want.
Clean up the mess you made ;-)
Serve the soup in a deep board and put a little bit of parsley on top.
