Chicken breasts with fried noodles
Ingredients :
- Three envelopes of noodles without the spices attached with them.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
- Half a kilogram of uncooked and sliced chicken breast.
- A teaspoon of olive oil.
- A teaspoon of garlic salt.
- A pinch of salt and ground black pepper as needed.
- Half a cup of chopped leek.
- Five cloves of chopped garlic.
- A cup of each of: cabbage section, carrots section, broccoli flowers, fresh cut mushrooms.
- One quarter cup of soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- A quarter cup of soy sauce sweet, known as Indonesian kecap manis.
How to prepare :
- Boil a quantity of water in a saucepan or saucepan, and cook the noodles in it for three minutes to become soft.
- Wash the noodles in cold water until you rest, and half of the water in the sink.
- Spoon a tablespoon of vegetable oil evenly on the noodles so as not to stick, and leave them aside.
- Put chicken slices in a bowl, add olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper.
- Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a deep skillet over high heat, and cook chicken slices for five minutes until they turn white.
- Add the leeks and garlic, and stir them with slices of chicken until the color of the ingredients all built.
- Add cabbage, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and cook vegetables for five minutes to become tender.
- Add noodles, distribute soy sauce, oyster sauce, and turn all ingredients together until they are distributed among them.
- Leave the ingredients on the fire until cooked, and salted with salt, black pepper, and serve hot.
Chicken salad with boiled eggs
Ingredients :
- A piece of boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces.
- Two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. A teaspoon of olive oil.
- A tablespoon of white sugar. Three teaspoons of water.
- One and a half cups of green vegetables problem.
- Boiled egg.
- Six large black olives and small green olives.
- Two slices of radish.
- Three slices of cooked and crispy bacon.
How to prepare :
- Mix both balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sugar, and water well.
- Put the previous mixture with chicken in a plastic bag, and leave it for an hour.
- Cook chicken for ten minutes until cooked.
- Put the remaining ingredients in the serving dish, and put the chicken over it.
Chicken soup and oatmeal
Ingredients :
- Half a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Two chicken breasts, two sections into small cubes.
- Eight cups of chicken broth.
- Ten tablespoons of oatmeal.
- A large zucchini, cut into small cubes.
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom.
- Teaspoon ground cumin.
- A small onion chopped finely.
- A clove of garlic, mashed.
- A pinch of salt.
- A pinch of black pepper.
How to prepare :
- Copy the olive oil in a saucepan and pick the onions and garlic until they are wet, then add the chicken pieces and turn them until they become white to the golden color.
- Spread the cardamom, cumin, salt and pepper, then add oatmeal and mix.
- Put the pieces of zucchini and pour broth chicken.
- Leave the mixture to boil, then heat the heat and cover the pot, for twenty minutes until it is cooked.
