Chicken Pulao is a traditional recipe which can be cooked by different styles but its main origin is Hyderabad. Its salty ans a bit spicey but most of the people cook it salty with less spices in it thats the main texture of Pulao. Many people like it with Yogurt or mint chatnni.
Ingredients Used in it.

1kg chicken
5 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
green chillies
6 clove
1kg rice
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
ginger and garlic
1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 onion
salt as required
Heat oil in a pan and add onion in it when its read add all other spices in it except green chilli then add chicken and cook it for 15 to 20 min, now add rice in it and cook it for 10min. garnish green chilli and garlic on it .
