Bakwan Malang Popular Dish In Indonesia

Dear Steemian friends, today I would like to share with you a popular dish from Malang
In Malang, East Java, Indonesia, this food is called Bakso Malang. But outside the city of Malang, Bakso Malang called by the name Bakwan Malang. In contrast to the meatballs in general that usually contain a mixture of fine meatballs or vein meatballs and yellow noodles or white noodles, Bakwan Malang has a choice of stuffing like fine meatballs, vein meatballs, fried meatballs, boiled bakwan, fried dumplings, and tofu stew. Bakwan from Malang is one of the most typical Indonesian cuisine which is arguably the most popular. It becomes most popular, becaused this food is easy to find anywhere, specially on the roadside. In its development, stuffing Bakwan Malang grew with the dough of meat wrapped with dumpling skin which is then fried like pastry, there are also fried meatballs. As a complement, can be added with noodles or vermicelli, chili sauce, ketchup, and soy sauce. image
