Hi all!
Today I have taste for some meat but didn't find anything just one chicken wing in the freezer :-) So what now? YES cook that! But how? One tiny wing?
Ok so what else is in the fridge? I have found some bacon, onion, tomatoes, leek and...penuts.
- Fry chicken wing on frying pan along with chopped bacon and oil. Put some grill spice you find at gome :-) I use: curry, smoked pepper and also can use: soy sauce and worcester sauce. Fry 5 - 10 minutes.
- Add chopped: leek, onion, tomatoes, penuts. Fry 8 minutes on low-middle flame.
- We add little bit of watter and boil for 3 minutes.
- Now we add potato flour (or corn flour) and we fry that on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Turn wing upside down and on top of that put vegetable and penuts. Fry for another few minutes.
We cook it slow, just sometime for a while can switch to high flame to make wing crunchy. I served lonely wingman with french fries. You can also make any number of wings you have :-)
