Ingredients for cooking Rice with shrimp

• 900 g of shrimp
• 2 cups of rice
• 8 garlic cloves (4 for chopping, 4 for crushing)
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 2 teaspoons cumin
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 chopped pepper
• 2 peeled and chopped tomatoes
• Chopped parsley
• Half a cup of white wine
• Salt
• Pepper
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Ground Annatto
