Materials And Spices Required
Main ingredients
1 kg of fresh goldfish
4 thinly sliced red onions
3 cloves of thinly sliced garlic
1 cardamom grain
2 cloves
1 fruit deaf
750 ml coconut milk
200 ml of plain water

Ground spices:
10 pieces of red chili
8 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
2 segments of ginger

3 cm galangal

1/2 teaspoon coriander

sugar and salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE START FISH MAS:
Clean the goldfish from the scales and dirt, may be cut or left intact then fry until cooked and dry. Set aside.
