Ingredients:
- Sweet potatoes ( of course )
- Olive oil
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts Cajun ( for a bit of a kick )
- pinch of oregano
- pinch of pepper
How I made them
- pre heat oven to 200C ( fan assisted )
- slice the sweet potatoes into even sized chips.
- placed them in a sealable bag ( freezer bag will do)
- add the olive oil so the spices we add next will stick to the chips.
- throw all the spices in including salt and pepper
- seal the bag and shake / mix well ( if you have time place them aside and let them marinate for a good hour, let the flavors soak in to the chips.)
- once confident your chips simply look amazing uncooked, throw them in oven on one of them metal holed oven trays they cook evenly on both sides for around 30 - 35 minutes although be check after 20.
And voila, feast on them beautiful sweet potatoes chips!
