So after going on a 3 mile run I came back to a fridge with nothing but left over chicken and barely and veggies to work with...no tomatoes except the little tiny ones. Although some how I had a bag full of peppers (the only thing I wasn't running low on :( ....
I seriously have no idea what I made but it looks and smells good :)
