One of the things I like are leasurely Saturday mornings in my Bangkok neighbourhood. There is less hustle and bustle and many people are out foraging in the streets for something tasty to eat. Every Saturday morning also, the coconut truck parks outside my house.

I have spoken to the vendor previously, and he tells me that he buys a truck full of coconuts from a farm in rural Thailand, and then drives in and parks in this urban area. People like myself love the sweet hydrating juice inside, especially when they have been chilled a just a little bit.

A whole coconut costs me 30 baht, or a little less than a dollar, and once I have drunk the juice I am able to use a spoon to scoop out all the sweet flesh. What a way to start the day :)

That's Cool! I want to get to Thailand very soon, one of the only things holding me back was I heard the burning season in Chiang Mai this time of year is horrendous.
