The Food You Eat Matters - We are so identified with what we eat,

if I’m at all capable of saying something insightful about food (consumption), taking an elevated view is probably a notable perspective to hold as—at the moment, luckily nothing is influencing my words as am not tethered to anything.

Love what you saw up there (Pizza) -
Despite the fact that eating Breakfast is not necessary, skipping it, may be worth while than taking a wrong diet.
However, if you eat the right breakfast, it can save you from eating too much for the rest of the day.

Egg -

Egg gives high quality protein at an inexpensive cost. The white cover contains more than half of the protein found in egg including vitamin B2 accord with lower amount of fat and cholesterol than the yolk.
Selenium, vitamin D, B12, B6 and minerals such as copper, zinc and Iron are also included. The yolks contain more calories and fat. They are the source of cholesterol, fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K and lecithin.

Breakfast foods includes:
Cottage Cheese, Flaxseeds, Fruit, Protein Shake, Green Tea, Nuts, Berries, Chia Seeds, Oatmeal, Coffee, Greek Yogurt. - Sourced - Internet

literally, the food we put in us become us. We are a living ecology, a composite of countless organisms and functions working together.

It's your choice to eat breakfast,

but If you do eat in the morning, make sure to fuel your body with the right diet.
