Today we will go to Thailand and make a very tasty dish in full accordance with the culinary principles of this country: fast, bright, sour, sweet, spicy and very tasty!

Ingredients:
- Beef, 300 gr.
- Coconut cream or milk, 100 ml
- Miso paste (white), 30 gr.
- Curry paste, 30 gr.
- Paste of tamarind, 10 gr.
- Carrots, 100 gr.
- Cilantro fresh
- Fresh spinach, 100 gr.
- Lime
- Vegetable oil
Meat slightly beat off and cut into blocks 1 х 5 cm. Carrots cut into strips. The leaves and stems spinach, cut into medium-sized fragments.
Heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan or wok and fry the carrots over high heat for three minutes.
Add beef and fry for a minute.
Add miso, curry, spinach, stir and fry for a minute.
Add coconut cream (or milk), 60 ml of water and simmer over medium heat for five minutes, add tamarind paste, stir, warm for a minute and remove from heat.
Serve with rice, cilantro leaves and sprinkled with lime juice.
