Hello!

Today we will cook the beef soup in Korean style with Udon noodles.

A few notes on the ingredients. If you haven't beef tenderloin, you can take any lean beef. This will only affect the cooking time.

Also among the ingredients there is a seasoning "Dashida" for beef. In fact, it does not contain any exotic components. There is an extract of beef broth, spices and flavor enhancers, so if you could not buy a real "Dashida", use beef broth cube. Will also be delicious ;-).

Ingredients:

  • Beef, tenderloin, 200 gr.
  • Seasoning "Dashida", 10 gr.
  • Tomato, 1 PC.
  • Onion, 1 PC.
  • Mushrooms, 2-3 PCs.
  • Udon noodles (wheat), 100 gr.
  • Bay leaf, 1 PC.
  • Parsley
  • Dill
  • Thyme
  • Salt

Boil the noodles in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, fold into a colander, sprinkle with vegetable oil and mix.

All we grind medium-sized fragments, except the herbs, chop them smaller. With tomatoes pre-remove the skin, thyme leaves are separated from the stems.

If you do not have a tenderloin, then cut the meat smaller (you can even pre-beat it slightly).

In a saucepan pour 600 ml of cold water, put the meat, bring to a boil, remove the foam.

Add the Dashida seasoning (or broth cube), Bay leaf, thyme, turn down the heat and cook under a lid over medium heat. If you have a tenderloin, then just five minutes will be enough, if the meat is more rigid, then cook for ten minutes.

Add the mushrooms, tomato, salt to taste and cook for two to three minutes.

Add the onion, cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat.

At the bottom's bowl put the noodles, on top the vegetables with the beef.

Pour hot broth and serve with parsley and dill.

Okay, I need to print this recipe for my husband. He loves these kinds of soups, where you just put it together and pour the hot broth over the ingredients. It's a great supper idea.
