Hello!

To prepare these juicy, soft and tasty cutlets do not have to use the duck meat as we do. Can be done from any other bird - get no worse.

Only, perhaps, do not use chicken breast — it will be dry.

Difficulty: 5/10
Cooking time: 20 min.
Number of servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • Duck (or other bird) minced, 400 gr.
  • Butter, 50 gr.
  • Spinach, 40 gr.
  • Onions
  • Egg
  • Corn flour for breading
  • Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil

Soften the butter, mix with spinach, salt and put in the refrigerator.

Onions RUB on a coarse grater, mix with minced meat, egg, salt and pepper.

Knead the minced meat, beat on a table or a bowl, form four cakes and put in the center of the oil with spinach.

Wrap the edges, sculpt cutlets and roll them in flour.

Heat a drop of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets for two minutes on each side over high heat.

Cover with a lid and bring to readiness, periodically turning over medium heat (ten minutes).

Serve with mashed potatoes or any other garnish.

Bon appetit!
