Hello!

Today we will move away from simple-simple dishes and try something more refined. Not to say that this exercise is difficult (rather the opposite) but the result is a dish that is not ashamed to put on the holiday table.

Difficulty: 4/10
Cooking time: 1 hour
Number of servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • Flounder, 2 pcs.
  • Potatoes, 250 gr.
  • Mushrooms, 400 gr.
  • Leek, 1 pcs.
  • Lemon, 1 pcs.
  • Punch
  • Garlic, 2 cloves
  • Black pepper
  • Thyme
  • Dry white wine, 200 ml
  • Butter, 50 gr.
  • Salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Cut the greens:

Add crushed garlic, thyme, pepper, lemon juice and set aside:

Clean the potatoes and cut into small pieces:

Cut the mushrooms:

Cut the leeks:

Melt the butter and mix with the greens. Stuff this mixture of fish:

Fry potatoes and mushrooms for ten minutes on high heat:

In the baking dish put the fish, potatoes, mushrooms, sprinkle with onions, pour wine and bake in the oven for 40 minutes:
