Hello!
French onion soup today. Minimum ingredients, fast cooking, simple recipe, but the result is amazing!

Number of servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- Chicken for broth, 500 gr.
- Onions, 4-5 large onions
- Butter, 50 gr.
- Any hard cheese, 70 gr.
- Garlic, 1-2 cloves
- Baguette
- Black pepper
- Salt
Put the chicken to one and a half liters of cold water, bring to a boil, add half a teaspoon of salt and cook for about an hour.
Onions clean and cut into half rings, garlic smaller.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion with garlic, stirring occasionally, for ten minutes over medium heat.
Remove the chicken from the broth (it is not needed), strain the broth, put the onion, add salt/pepper to taste and cook over low heat for fifteen minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and dry the baguette for five minutes (you can immediately sprinkle with cheese).
Serve hot soup with crispy baguette and sprinkled with cheese.
