Ingredients:
- Minced meat (beef and pork, 50/50), 300 gr.
- Chicken liver, 50 gr.
- Flour, 170 gr.
- Butter, 80 gr.
- Mushrooms, 3 PCs.
- Paprika, 1 tsp.
- Marjoram, 0.5 tsp.
- Eggs, 4 PCs.
- Black pepper, 0.3 tsp.
- Salt, 0.5 tsp.
- Parsley
- Vegetable oil
Three eggs mix and lightly shake with a whisk.
From 1/4 egg mixture, flour, oil and salt knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.
Chop parsley finely, mushrooms and liver cut into medium pieces.
Mix the minced meat with parsley, the remaining egg mixture, pepper, marjoram and paprika. Salt to taste.
In a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the liver for five minutes.
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Form for baking grease with butter. Divide the dough into two pieces, roll out into unequal layers. Spread a larger layer in the form and lift the edges.
Put the stuffing and press into it the liver and mushrooms.
Cover with a second layer of dough, seal the edges, make a few punctures on top and decorate with the remains of the dough.
Grease with the yolk of the remaining egg and bake the pie in the oven for 40 minutes.
