Continuing the theme of favorite and simple recipes, i want talk about the cutlets. There are a lot of variants of this dish, which is not surprising — the theme is very fertile and variable.
Today I will tell about the recipe that always wins many culinary experiments шт our family with its simplicity, predictability and taste.

Ingredients:
- Minced meat (50% pork, 50% beef), 350 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Breadcrumbs
- White bread
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
I specifically did not specify the amount of bread, as it is calculated in the cooking process.
Cut the crust and soak the bread in a little water for five minutes.
Onions clean and rub on a coarse grater. Peel the garlic and press. Add them to minced meat, salt and pepper.
Squeeze the bread and weigh. We need about 40% of the weight of minced meat. If we have 350 grams of minced meat, then add 140-150 grams of squeezed bread.
Mince knead, lightly beat on a bowl or table and leave alone for ten minutes.
Sculpt cutlets.
Breaded in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a heated pan for two or three minutes on each side on high heat, then reduce the heat to medium, cover and bring to readiness, turning periodically, fifteen minutes.
Serve with what you like.
