Hello!
We have already told you about lazy cabbage rolls, but there they were very lazy ;-). Today we will make another option where the result is similar to cutlets. And it looks more aesthetically pleasing and interesting to taste.
Difficulty: 4/10
Cooking time: 45 min.
Number of servings: 4
Ingredients:
- Minced meat (beef and pork equally), 400 gr.
- Cabbage, 400 gr.
- Rice, 100 gr.
- Cream (10%), 200 ml
- Sour cream, 180 gr.
- Grated tomatoes, 100 gr.
- Dried garlic, 2 gr.
- Nutmeg, 1 gr.
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash rice, pour 150 ml of cold water, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, cook under a lid for 15 minutes, fold the rice in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Cabbage leaves are boiled in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the grated tomatoes, add dried garlic, nutmeg and cook for half a minute.
Add sour cream, cream, salt to taste and cook for about 4-5 minutes until lightly thickened.
Cabbage cut into pieces.
Mix the minced meat, washed rice, cabbage, salt, black pepper.
We sculpt oblong cutlets and put them in a baking dish.
Pour the sauce and send in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with chopped parsley.
Bon appetit!

A serving of ... two? I usually eat at least 4 of these at a meal :-) Too good to stop at 2 !
