Today we will cook a very delicious Chinese-style chicken.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet (drumstick), 400 gr.
- Ketchup, 80 ml
- Starch, 80 gr.
- Bell pepper 1 pc.
- Lemon, 1 pc.
- Onions, 1 pc.
- Ginger, 5-7 cm
- Roasted peanuts, 1 tbsp. l
- Garlic, 5-6 cloves
- Sesame oil, 50 ml
- Soy Sauce, 150 ml
- Cilantro
- Vegetable oil
Chicken cut into slices of 3-4 cm, pour soy sauce and add starch. Mix thoroughly (as if massaging) and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Bell pepper and onion cut into medium slices, clean ginger and garlic and chop finely.
Put the wok or similar pan on a strong fire, pour in some vegetable oil and fry the onion, garlic and ginger for three minutes.
Squeeze juice from lemon, add ketchup, pepper and cook until soft (5-7 minutes). Try and if it is very sour, add sugar. Boil until the consistency of the sauce.
In another saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chicken in a deep fat fry (3-4 minutes).
Put the chicken in the sauce, add sesame oil, stir, heat a minute and turn off the heat.
Chop cilantro and peanuts finely.
Serve chicken with herbs and nuts.
