Hello!

Today I will tell you about the recipe for a very tasty pork.

Pork-Saxon

Ingredients:

  • Pork, 600 gr.
  • Sausages, 3 pcs.
  • Bell pepper, 1 pc.
  • Pickles, 2-3 pcs.
  • Onion, 100 gr.
  • Olives, 70
  • Sour cream 15-20%, 180 gr.
  • Bayleaf, 2 pcs.
  • Black pepper, salt to taste
  • Parsley

Put the pork in the pan and fry on high heat for ten minutes:

While the meat is fried cut the onion (half rings), cucumbers and peppers (straws), olives (rings), chop the greens:

Add the sausages and continue to fry, stirring occasionally, for five minutes:

Add the vegetables, stir and fry for another ten minutes:

Mix sour cream with pepper and salt, add Bay leaf, add sauce to meat and vegetables, cover with a lid and simmer for 30-40 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally:
