Hello!
If there is beef Stroganoff, why not be pork cooked in a similar way?
However, in order not to repeat, the recipe will change a little — instead of tomato paste we will use capers and olives, which will give the dish a Mediterranean accent.
Difficulty: 4/10
Cooking time: 40 min.
Number of servings: 2-3
Ingredients:
- Pork, 400 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Sour cream, 100 gr.
- Capers, 20 gr.
- Green olives, 30 gr.
- Thyme
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
You can use carbonade, tenderloin, gammon or neck (if you like fatter) — in any case it will be delicious.
Meat cut into medallions about a centimeter thick, slightly beat off, salt, pepper.
Cut into long bars 0.7-1 cm thick.
Olives and capers chop. Separate the leaves of thyme from the stems.
Onions clean, cut into half rings and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
Add the meat and fry for five minutes.
Add sour cream, capers, olives, thyme, salt, pepper to taste, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, twenty minutes.
Serve with buckwheat, mashed potatoes, in General, with what you like.
Bon appetit!
