The people of China know a lot about medicine and cooking in the most healthy way. To all the vitamins and minerals are preserved, you need to cook quickly at the highest temperature. This is the method of stir-fry, which we will use today to prepare a delicious and quick dish.

Ingredients:
- Shrimps large, 12 PCs.
- Rice noodles, 180 gr.
- Red onion, 1 PC.
- Celery, 40 gr.
- Green peas, 30 gr.
- Soy sauce, 40 ml
- Shiitake mushrooms, 30 gr.
- Ginger, 10 gr.
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Chili pepper, 1 PC.
- Carrots, 100 gr.
- Sesame seeds, 3 grams.
- Sesame oil, 20 ml
- Corn starch, 5 gr.
- Cilantro
Boil the noodles in boiling salted water for 7 minutes, fold into a colander, sprinkle with vegetable oil, stir and set aside.
Starch dilute 20 ml of cold water. Shrimp cleaned from the shell and of the esophagus. Carrots, mushrooms, celery and pepper (the amount depends on your love of spicy) cut into strips, onion half-rings, garlic and ginger chop finely, peas (whole pods) cut into medium fragments.
In a frying pan or wok, heat a little vegetable oil until smoke appears, fry the shrimp for 40 seconds on high heat and set aside to plate. If you have shrimp boiled-frozen (pink), fry the shrimp for 20 seconds.
Wipe the pan, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, heat until smoke appears and fry carrots, onions, celery, peas and mushrooms on high heat for one minute, stirring constantly. Add ginger, garlic, pepper and fry for another minute.
Add soy sauce, starch, 100 ml of water, sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, shrimp and cook, stirring, over high heat for a minute and a half.
Add sesame oil, stir and remove from heat.
Serve with rice noodles.
