Hello!
Today I will tell you how to cook a very interesting, fast, simple and delicious appetizer. It goes well with a beer, and just as a single dish.
Difficulty: 3/10
Cooking time: 15 min.
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
- Tiger shrimps, 12 PCs.
- Bell pepper, 1 PC.
- Lemon juice, 10 ml
- Seasonings (to taste), 1/2 tsp.
- Chili pepper, 1/2 tsp.
- Ground garlic, 1/2 tsp.
- Olive oil, 3 tbsp.
- Spinach
- Parsley
- Vegetable oil, salt
Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, chili pepper and seasoning. Salt to taste.
This amount of pepper will make the result noticeably spicy. If your attitude to spicy dishes is complicated, put a little chili, or add sweet or smoked paprika instead of hot pepper.
If you like it hot, on the contrary, increase the dose ).
Clean the shrimps (leave the tail) and soak in the marinade for 5-10 minutes.
Cut the bell pepper into slices, separate the spinach and parsley leaves from the stalks.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry the pepper for five minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
Add the shrimps to the pan along with the marinade, stir and fry for two minutes.
Add the parsley with spinach, add salt if necessary, mix, warm for half a minute and remove from the heat.
Bon appetit!
