Hello!

Once we cookied the Stroganoff, or "Stroganoff beef", and today turn to a similar recipe, but instead of meat use beef liver.

Difficulty: 3/10
Cooking time: 50 min.
Number of servings: 5

Ingredients:

Stroganoff liver

  • Beef liver, 600 gr.
  • Sour cream, 150 gr.
  • Onion, 1 PCs.
  • Tomato paste, 1.5 tbsp.
  • Greens (parsley and dill)
  • Butter
  • Black pepper, salt to taste

Thoroughly clean the liver. Cut into strips 4-5 cm long and ~1 cm in cross section:

If the liver is tough, it is possible for half an hour to put it in milk.

Cut onion in half rings and fry it in butter for three to four minutes on high heat:

Fry the liver with onions:

Mix sour cream, tomato paste, pepper, salt and 2/3 chopped greens:

As soon as the water evaporates from the liver and it is slightly browned, fill it with sauce, cover and leave to simmer for a minimum of twenty minutes:
