Another recipe for the famous Italian pasta.

Ingredients:
- Tagliatelle, 200 gr.
- Chicken fillet (thigh), 360 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Ham, 50 gr.
- Parmesan cheese, 60 gr.
- Cream (10%), 200 ml
- Fresh Basil
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Cook tagliatelle in boiling salt water for seven minutes, turn off the heat, add a glass of cold water and cover with a lid.
Clean the onions and cut into cubes, also chop the ham. Chicken cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the Basil (keep some leaves for servirovke), cheese rub on a small grater.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion on high heat for two minutes.
Add chicken and ham to the pan and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the cream, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for five minutes.
Drain from tagliatelle water, add Basil, half Parmesan, chicken with cream, salt, pepper to taste and mix.
Serve with Parmesan, decorated with a leaf of Basil.
