Hello guys today i'm sharing a indian prawn recipe that so delicious and very tasty. It is easy to make and need basic ingredients. You can serve it with rice and roti. Every time i make it's tast surprise me. The key of this recipe is coconut milk and low flam heat. In this recipe coconut milk gives texture and sweetness to the curry, so let's start,
Ingredients :
- Prawn (500g)
- Onion (200g)
- Tomato (two big size)
- Ginger Garlic Paste (2 Table s)
- Turmeric Powder (3 Tea s)
- chilli powder (1/2 Table s)
7 . Coconut Milk (500ml)
8 . Cumin Seed powder ( 1 and half Table s)
9 . Coriander powder (1/2 Table s) - Oil (5-6 Table s)
- Garam Masala powder (2 Tea s)
- Cumin seeds (3 Tea s)
- Salt to tast
- Coriander leaves.
Preparation :
- Nicely clean the prawn.
- Finely chop the onion.
3 . Grind tomato and make smooth puree.
That's it now we are ready to cook our delicious prawn curry.
How To Make Prawn Curry :
First heatup 2 Table spoon oil in medium flam and add cleaned prawn and 1 and half tea spoon turmeric powder.
Fry the prawn till it's colour changed to red.
Then transfer prawn to a pot.Now add 4 table spoon oil (musterd/refine oil) and add cumin seeds and fry in a medium flam for 10-15 sec.
Then Add finely chopped onion and cook till it's goes golden brown then add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste, red chill powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and cook in a low flam till the oil comes to the surface of curry
Now add coconut milk, garam masala and fryed prawn in the gravy and cook till the gravy goes thick.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
