There is an epic storm outside (Tropical Storm Pakhar) so I decided to stay in and cook. Haven't cooked in a while. I found some frozen cod, Ikea herb grain, and some left over pasta. Here is my creation:
Super easy to cook cod: wrap it up in foil so you have less to wash up.
Recipe:
Ikea Grain with mushroom (http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/search/?k=IKEA%20PS%20whole%20grain%20mix%20with%20mushroom). Add water and bring to boil. (5 min)
Frozen Cod: Add a bunch of spices, wrap with foil paper and cook at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 min. Add a some lemon slices too
Pasta Sauce: Heat some pasta sauce with seafood
Remember to add a bunch of herbs and salt to everything. Taste whilst cooking to ensure it is edible.
