Selamat malam sahabat steemit semuanya,malam ini saya akan beebagi resep masakan atau cara membuat tongseng kambing, berikut ini resepnya :

Tongseng Kambing"

Bahan:
250gr daging kambing
1 ltr santan

Bumbu halus:
6 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 butir kemiri
2cm kunyit
2cm jahe
1 sdt ketumbar
1 sdt merica bubuk

Bumbu pelengkap:
1 bh tomat kecil, potong 4 bagian
2 btg daun bawang
Bawang goreng
2 btg serai (memarkan)
2 ruas lengkuas (memarkan)
3 lbr daun salam
1,5 sdm gula pasir
Garam secukupnya
Kecap secukupnya
Minyak untuk menumis bumbu halus

Cara memasak:

Potong dadu daging kambing, buang lemaknya biar gak bau prengus, daging tidak usah dicuci langsung direbus, ini tips biar daging gak alot. Buang air rebusan pertama, ganti air yg baru, beri daun salam, jahe, daun jeruk, rebus sampai empuk.
Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan air santan, serai, lengkuas, daun salam.
Masukkan daging kambing, beri tomat, garam, gula, kecap, koreksi rasanya. Tunggu air sampai agak surut, jangan terlalu surut.
Angkat tongseng kambing, beri irisan daun bawang dan bawang goreng, sajikan.
