This recipe is easy to prepare and you can find it in any snack bar (lanchonete) in Brazil. It is a great suggestion for those who receive unexpected visits or just for a healthy fast lunch.
Tuna fish pate
Ingredients:
- 1 (7 oz) can white tuna, drained and flaked
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
If you want, you can put also other ingredients grated carrot, corn, peas etc.
Use a medium bowl, stir the tuna together with the mayonnaise and then add the other ingredients.
Mix everything well and serve it with crackers or on a sandwich.
