So, I hit up my butcher shop today because I'm grilling burgers for eight family members.
They were a little low on the ground sirloin; so, I got a few of their pre-formed burgers - two jalapeno popper burgers and two butter brisket burgers.
The thing is that, apparently, the butter brisket burgers are particularly sensitive and would fall through the grill; so, I'm gonna be placing at least a couple of the burgers on my cast iron pan and heating that on the grill.
Order of operations is going to be a fun challenge.
